Request for Verification of High School Language

The purpose of this form is to evaluate successful completion of a high school language to satisfy language requirement for a selected degree and major.

High School transcript may be submitted by:

  2. Email as an attachment to assigned Records Processor

Student Information
  1. High school transcript must be provided.
  2. Send official transcript to your assigned Record Specialist.
