University General Education

Students must fulfill both University General Education and Arts and Science Core classes to graduate.  Many courses can fulfill both university and college requirements at the same time. If a general education course is required for the major, it can cover all three areas. For example, a psychology major would use PSY 201G to meet the university's Human Thought and Behavior requirement, the college's social science requirement, and the major requirement.
