Annette Sanchez Flores is an Academic Advisor in the Advising Center in the College of Arts and Sciences. She works with students in the Bachelor of Individualized Studies (BIS) program and the Bachelor of Applied Studies (BAS) program as well as students who are exploring majors. Annette earned a Bachelors in Community Health and a Masters in Family and Child Science from New Mexico State University. She has worked NMSU since 1999 when she was a student worker in Branson Library. Prior to her professional position in the Advising Center, Annette worked for the DACC Financial Aid Office, the Main campus Office of Financial Aid and Scholarship Services, the Alamogordo Advising Center, and the College of Extended Learning. Annette enjoys perusing the Famers Market on Saturdays, listening to music, swimming and outdoor activities.
