Dr. Patrick Kerry Moore
Dr. Patrick Kerry Moore graduated from the College of Arts and Sciences in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in both History and Government and a Master of Arts in Public History in 1992. Currently, Dr. Moore works as the Public History Program Director at the University of West Florida where he was the co-creator of the Next Exit History™ smartphone app and was the recipient of the Carnegie Foundation/CASE U.S. Professor of the Year award for the State of Florida. In addition, Dr. Moore is currently the president-elect for the National Council of Public History and has made return visits to Las Cruces to mentor and lecture for the NMSU graduate history program.
