Establishing New Mexico Residency

Making “The Land of Enchantment” your state of legal residence can greatly reduce your tuition costs at the College of Arts and Science! There are certain criterion that you may fall under that may qualify you for in-state residency even if you are new to our state. Visit NMSU’s Registrar site for more information on applying for in-state residency or seeing if you fall under the qualifications of applying or qualifying for in-state residency.
